A flat fee for each county
You pay for where you’re listed: a monthly price for each county you choose, set by its size. Never per referral, per case or per outcome. Invoked takes no part of your legal fee, and what you pay never changes your place in the order.

A few attorneys per county
A person sees at most three matches, so each county takes only a few attorneys for each practice, set by its population: up to 10 in the largest counties and 2 in the smallest. Seats go first come, first served.

Questions from attorneys
Is Invoked a lawyer referral service?
No. It’s a listing: you pay a flat fee for where you appear, the same whether or not anyone hires you, and Invoked is not a state-bar-certified referral service. Check your own state’s rules on advertising, and tell us if anything conflicts with them.
Who pays what?
Your client pays your legal fee to you, directly. On traffic and criminal bookings, they also pay Invoked a separate service fee, which never comes out of yours. Accident and injury consultations cost the client nothing through Invoked.
How are attorneys ordered?
By the Invoked match engine, on how well you fit each case: the court and county, your reported track record and experience with that kind of case, how quickly you reply, the languages you speak and your verified credentials. Never by what you pay.
What if I can’t take a case?
Decline from the email. The client’s service fee is refunded automatically and they’re shown other attorneys. To pause new requests for a while, just ask us.
Can I change where I’m listed?
Yes. Reply to your billing email to add or drop counties, or to switch between monthly and yearly. Stripe prorates the difference, and you can cancel any time from your manage link.
What do I see before I answer?
The kind of case, the court, date and county, the client’s own account, and how to reach them. For an accident or injury, their answers to the intake questions for that kind too: injuries and treatment, any police or incident report, insurance, who they think was at fault, and what matters for that kind of case (the property, the dog’s owner, the employer, the facility or the product). If they choose to share it, a private link to their evidence packet: the report, timeline, letters and recording.
Which injury cases will I get?
Only the kinds you tick. Invoked handles 35 kinds of accident and injury, in groups: vehicle accidents, falls and unsafe property, animals, work injuries, medical care and caregivers, products, and wrongful death or other injuries. You choose when you join, and the link in any email from Invoked lets you change them.
How many attorneys are listed in my county?
Only a few for each practice, set by the county’s population: 2 in counties under 100,000 people, 3 up to 500,000, 4 up to a million, 6 up to 3 million, and 10 in the largest. Seats go first come, first served, and once you’re listed your seat is yours for as long as you stay listed.
